Transmission of Transition Guide

Download Free Guide from Transgender Trend

16 pages including comprehensive video references.

There has been an exponential rise in the referrals of gender-confused young women to gender clinics in the UK. Could YouTube transition videos be playing a causative role?

How much influence may YouTube transition vloggers have over children and young people?
Do transition vloggers shape young people’s views of their gender identity by providing a particular ideological lens through which to interpret their life and difficulties?

By looking into the world of YouTube transition vlogs and bringing together observations on the language, filters, signs and suggestions embedded in them, this article examines their intentions towards, and possible impact on, the minds of young female viewers.

This is an edited and updated version of an article which first appeared as a chapter in the book ‘Inventing Transgender Children and Young People’, edited by Michele Moore and Heather Brunskell-Evans and published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing; Unabridged edition (1 Nov. 2019). Teachers Trained to Assist Children with Transitioning...And Hide it from Parents

Attorney Luke Berg discusses his case John Doe et al v. Madison Metropolitan School District. Mr. Berg is representing parents who are concerned about the district's policy that includes the following provisions:

Children of any age can transition to a different gender identity at school, by changing their name and pronouns, without parental notice or consent. District employees are prohibited from notifying parents, without the child’s consent, that their child has or wants to change gender identity at school, or that their child may be dealing with gender dysphoria. District employees are even instructed to deceive parents by using the child’s legal name and pronouns with family, while using the different name and pronouns adopted by the child in the school setting.

Pediatric Endocrinologist Fights Against Harmful Trans Ideology

Dr. Quentin L. Van Meter shares his expertise as he reviews the medicine and science of the transgender ideology. He convincingly shows that there is no justification for medical interventions to treat gender dysphoric children.

Founders: Erin Brewer, Becky Gerritson, Miriam Ben-Shalom, Maria Keffler and Lynn Meagher

Erin Brewer

Erin was a trans kid. Thankfully, she had therapists who helped her first manage and then resolve her gender confusion. Erin started speaking about her history after Equality Utah proposed legislation that would ban the very type of therapy that helped her overcome her transgender identity. Erin grew up in Salt Lake City and earned a B.S. from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. She has a Doctorate in Instructional Technology and Learning Science from Utah State University.

Maria Keffler

Maria is a former middle- and high-school teacher and one of the co-founders of the Arlington Parent Coalition (APC) in Arlington, VA. She and the APC team work to hold the public school system accountable to ALL parents, as well as to support parents toward keeping their children safe in public school. Maria has three children and holds a master of science degree in educational psychology. She writes and speaks on the topics of education, school policy on sex & gender, and parents' rights in education.

Miriam Ben-Shalom

Miriam is a long-time activist on behalf of the LGB community, a teacher of 37 years at both the high school and college levels, and a Vietnam Era veteran. She is the co-founder of Hands Across The Aisle Women in Coalition, a coalition of conservative and progressive women who work to fight trans ideology and its impact on society as well as the founder of several other organizations. She holds a BA cum laude in Hebrew Studies and English and a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A forthright and blunt woman, she is a published author and well known nationally and internationally for challenging the U.S. Army’s former ban on Gays in the military and for her work on challenging transgenderism and the erasure of women.

Lynn Meagher

Lynn works as an advocate for parents of Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria (ROGD) kids and as a spokesperson for the Kelsey Coalition. She feels honored to work with many gifted and talented women through the Hands Across the Aisle coalition. Her story was told by the Christian Post titled, “I’ve lost two kids to the trans cult, I want them back: An anguished mom shares her journey,” by Brandon Showalter.

Lynn has recently become involved in activism against Drag Queen Story Hours at public libraries and helped to start Ask Moms on Facebook to inform and equip ordinary people everywhere to stand against the sexualization of children. She worked as a nurse in Neonatal Intensive Care for 28 years. She enjoys reading, writing, painting, knitting, and time with friends and her two cats, Kallie and Lulu.
